Product Summary

The TCMT4100 is an Optocoupler. It consists of a phototransistor optically coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared-emitting diode in a 4 pin (single channel) up to 16 pin (quad channel) package. The elements are mounted on one leadframe providing a fixed distance between input and output for highest safety requirements. The applications of the TCMT4100 are Programmable logic controllers, Modems, Answering machines, General applications.
