Product Summary
The IRKT250-16 is a MAGN-A-paks module. It uses high voltage power thyristor/thyristor and thyristor/diode in seven basic configurations. The seiconductor is electrically isolated from the metal base, allowing common heatsinks and compact assembl ies to be built. The IRKT250-16 can be interconnected to form single phase or three phase br idges or as AC-swi tches when modules are connected in anti-parallel mode.
